The University of Kansas Field Station lands and facilities are located in eastern Kansas, within an hour's drive of the KU main campus, and are found in three general groupings: 1) a mostly-contiguous core area north of Lawrence that includes the field station proper where major research and support facilities are located; 2) a forest preserve south of Lawrence; and 3) a tallgrass prairie preserve in southern Anderson County.
Directions from the KU Campus to:

2. Forest Preserve - Baldwin Woods Area
3. Prairie Preserve - Anderson County Prairie Preserve
